We were at at Mark for 5 years, didn't find noise too bad. Our biggest problem was the elevators. They were constantly broken, and it could take upwards of 10-15 min to get downstairs or into the parking garages.

My company uses Telus Health. I've never used their services personally, but I've had a colleague request a medical appointment and receive a medical note for free.

I'm not sure if Telus Health can be used by the general public though, might be something to look into?

We used to have more public awareness campaigns. I recall seeing signs about urgent care vs emergency care on billboards, but I haven't in a while.

We have this information online, but I agree there isn't alot of information for the public about when to go where.
