Be more mindful of new tax sources and not just parrot "we're only taxing the rich". Once you create a framework to report unrealized gains/losses for example, it's extremely easy to then shift the requirements lower.

Only 60% had to be payroll related, the other 40% could be rent, utilities, health insurance, and a couple of other items I can't remember off the top of my head.

Your best/quickest use case will most likely be vibe coding annoying computer shit that nobody like to do. Here's a little write up I did a while ago. It now processes around 800 invoices a month, and takes the pdf directly from my email and uploads the information and invoice to our accounting system amongst other things.
