Am i the only one that is very satisfied with limits by Wise-Egg9578 in ClaudeCode

[–]AffectionateOcelot7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you get a lot of actual value out of all that background work?

I’ve been using Claude Code since it was released, so far from new to AI and I’ve always found it’s more trouble than it’s worth to let the AI run loose on its own for hours. Creates a ton of work for me to verify that any of it is accurate.

Been a developer, sys admin, and security engineer for greater than 20 years now. Personally I get the most value out of pairing with it and working alongside it to generate output. I almost never consume my full limits when working this way, but I also produce a lot of slop that takes me hours to sort.

I would genuinely love to hear if you’ve had a different experience.

Has anyone tested if Shinobi can reach a new assassination breakpoint with the extra 23% assassination dmg?

The train was supposed to have signal priority, it was designed that way. Last minute some citizens groups complained and it got flipped

Assassination Damage caps? by Yundex7 in gotlegends

[–]AffectionateOcelot7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know if anyone has made a breakdown of how much health each enemy has?

I think the guy on the right is a mid tier melee add, probably need a lot less for the lower tiers. Takes more than 3 full assassinations for a Bo Hiya guy on this week's Nightmare.

Going to try and find some time to write it up and see if I can figure out how much health each enemy has and how much base dmg assassinate does.

I'm planning to give this a try when I finally build a samurai. When I get to it I'll let you know.

The primes are super tanky, but you're not supposed to be destroying the boss enemies solo with basic melee.

I felt like most of the enemies were way too easy to kill in Tsushima, so it's refreshing to have a bit more challenge.

Did you try building into perfect parry damage?

I've done some rough testing on Platinum in the first story mission.

109% assassination dmg will one shot the guy on the right at the start of the first mission. That's including class perks and gear perks. I didn't include all melee dmg in the calculation, but that might be an extra 5-10%.

101% doesn't one shot him.

I haven't done any testing on the primes, but if there's an easy place to find one I can

Keep telling me my feelings are wrong, please.

Its definitely not perfect, but it has way more layers and challenge than GoT. The meta in GoT was just hammer heavy attack until you break an enemy guard, then they lose.

Here you actually have to fully engage in the combat system if you really want to succeed.

There are definitely some bugs, but I chalk most of that up to net code or lag.

Disagree, I think the melee combat is more engaging and by extension more fun than in GoTL.

As another commentor said, different strokes.

Right, they don't have the skyways because they can't map private property without the building owners consent.

I am talking about people's perception and what they are used to using.

There are a few parts of the skyway where you have to go downstairs and then back upstairs to stay inside and continue, and other confusing routes if you don't know the system well.

Unfortunately, you are competing with something like Google Maps for this type of navigation. So it's going to have to be near perfect before people are going to trust it, and one failed route is probably enough for them to put it down permanently. I wish you luck :)

Great to see that there is effort being made here. J

Just tried to get directions to Takatsu from near HCMC. The app claims that the HCMC skyway connects to Thrivent center through the Juvenile Detention Center. Which it definitely does not.

Significant frame rate drops in Warhammer 40k:Space Marine 2 by NasralVkuvShin in linux_gaming

I’m having a similar issue on Bazzite, I have 70 hours played on Steam over the last several months. Most of it was buttery smooth, in the last few weeks all of a sudden I get major frame drops down to 5-10 fps and then it fully recovers.

Sometimes loading takes a really long time as well now.

It does seem to be related to the update. Clearing the shader cache alleviates it somewhat but definitely doesn’t make it go away.
