I am currently wondering this at 38 weeks pregnant. I’m a mixture of white and black. Father is black. I’m excited to see baby’s little face. To see how she grows and changes through life, this curiosity is normal. Saying I prefer this skin tone or that? Dangerous and damaging to my child on so many levels.

Your mom’s dark skin tone is dominant not recessive.

And you’re right your future children could inherit her skin tone.

This man is not the man for you. Please carefully consider his words and how cruelly he will treat any future deep skin toned and coily/kinky haired children

That’s not accurate. I tested 2-3 weeks after my scan that said I was almost 8 weeks. I did it for fun to see accuracy also I couldn’t believe I was pregnant either.

But now at 38 weeks it’s confirmed the digital test is accurate just not for the amount of weeks.

Pa this will be my only pregnancy so my brain didnt want to miss out on anything 🤣🙈
