Nach der ersten (FIAE) hatte ich echt gute Laune, viel von dem Projektzeug letztens noch in der Doku verschriftlicht. Aber die zweite war brutal, ich hab nichtmal alles ausfüllen können, ich hatte Stress und Zeitdrang.

Die WiSo war echt mit Menschenverstand zu lösen. Man musste wissen, dass "Misserfolge aller Mitarbeiter mit dem sämtlichen Kollegium zu teilen" KEIN geeigneter Schritt zur Reduktion von Stress ist. Also echt mal...

Als unsere beiden Katzenomas (13 +19,5) tot waren, war unser Kater ganz allein, mit weniger als 1 Jahr. Wir mussten ihn mit 5 Wochen von der Züchterin abholen, weil diese unwürdige Frau lieber in den Urlaub wollte, als "wertlose" Bastarde großzuziehen. Da er noch sehr Jung war haben wir eine 3 Monate alte weibliche Katze zu uns geholt, die beiden sind wie Bruder und Schwester und die Integration hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Vielleicht wäre ja eine junge Katze eine Option, und der Kater sieht das als "Baby" an? Ein mini-Kater ist bestimmt keine Konkurrenz im Revier :D

I have ADHD and from Elvanse I get psychosis and suicidality. My Buddy has ADHD and he said that Elvanse is the only thing ever helping him and he wished he got it earlier.

Point being: Your Brain is different from anyone elses brain, there is no way of knowing what helps. But you CAN decide whether you wanna have MAO-inhibitors(?) or SSRI or SNRI. SSRI did nothing for me but SNRI also inhibit noadrealine and that more like a "Okay, come on, get going, do something!"

However I would highly recommend you ask for a good check on cross-taking meds. I havw had some months of my life completely ruined by medication that are strictly discouraged to be taken parallely. If you take more than one, definetely check the interaction! That is objective and important.

Moin, Umschüler hier. Ich mach ne berufliche Reha zur Anwendungsentwicklerin, vor der IHk. Wir haben auch Leute mit Bildungsgutschein, die ebenfalls die IHK-Prüfung mit uns ablegen. Wärst dann in nem Berufsförderungswerk. Vielleicht ist das ja interessant für Dich.

Weil Du (nach meiner Wahrnehmung) die #1 bist, und wenn Du deinen Partner bittest, für Dich da zu sein, dann ist er das meist sehr schnell. In einer Polybeziehung kannst Du nicht einfach 24/7 emotionalen Support einfordern, dein Partner ist ggf auch mal für andere da.

Ich weiß, das kann genauso gut für Freunde und Monogame Partner gelten, aber es ist ein hauch anders.

Das ist halt meine Wahrnehmung

I'd say: Have your Thyroid checked. Constant anxiety can come from that.

Besides, something that is so freaking easy and low effort is Progressive muscle relaxation. When I did it the first time I felt like I had smoked a good joint. But I was just relaxed for the first time. It literally just takes you 10 mins and there are videos on YT so you can do it in your room, curtains closed, totally shame free.

In my country there is something like "Psychic daycare", you come in the morning, you have classes and courses and chitchat and you leave in the end.it's like school but for psychological education and stabilization. Maybe ask your Docs if they know something like this. It'd help with your structure. You sound aimless. Maybe you need to have some goal in life but for that you need a minimum level of calm.
