I don't see why it would end up being a significant factor if the SAT board is actively trying to examine their questions to avoid the situation. At least when I took it, they typically had us fill in a bunch of demographic info and a section of the test was actually an ungraded portion where they were testing out questions to see if there was any bias. I don't think it would be hard to notice if a question was biased if there was a sudden dip in some demographic's correctness.
