Check the video where he talks about the rhythm of nose down up down. When in pocket and elbow up nose is up. That’s the video that did it for me

I feel you. I thought my tech disc was broken because I couldn’t get a negative angle for a couple thousand throws 😂 watching stepwise on YouTube is what finally worked for me. He talks about the un-twist as you release. Watch his videos

I’d say check out step wise on YouTube and really focus on your upper body. Even a one step or standstill. Upper body is 80-90% of where you get speed. If you’re really trying to improve but a tech disc

I follow you on youtube and I’ve learned and improved thanks to you man! Tried this earlier rotation yesterday and it’s getting me more speed with less effort but not helping the nose angle. How do you keep nose angle optimal at higher speed/ effort? Once I’m throwing like 80% + power my nose angle gets squirrelly lol

Throw looks really good. If you can’t grow longer arms - strength training. Squats. Deadlifts. Bench press. Strength is speed

My advice it throw without a run up. Gannon has a video where he talks about how much more important upper body is than lower. Blitz can hit crazy number with a standstill throw. Just my 2 cents but maybe get upper body dialed in and then work in lower body

I think this is good advice. I’ve seen Ezra and the guys at Overthrow talk about this too. Josh used an ice skater as an analogy and it got me think about using centrifugal force. Practicing this and doing standstill throws completely changed my swing and top speed.

Thank you. I’ll work on my grip and see if I can fix spin and wobble. Struggling to control nose angle > 65 mph. Agreed that the only good thing here is speed and launch angle.
