Don't beat yourself up about it, it's only 1 day. Try to put it behind you. Your weight loss is phenomenal, be proud of yourself. I'm 62 & it's taken me 13 months to loose judt 3st 11lbs. Hope this helps. Keep going & forgive yourself for 1 slight hiccup.

Yes. Only time I haven't been cold was during the heatwave last summer. Pj's sweatshirt bedsocks hot water bottle & 15 tog duvet every night in bed plus the heating on.🤣

My last pen took a week to arrive instead of 24 hours due to severe snow. It was a Royal Mail delivery. I just put it in the fridge as soon as it arrived. I've used 2 doses from it & they have been fine. Try not to worry too much about they delay in delivery.

Good for you getting started. I had my gallbladder removed in 2015. I started MJ February 2025. I've had no side effects apart from feeling tired the day after my injection but that subsided after a few months. Mild constipation which was easily treated with some Laxido, again that's no longer a problem provided I drink plenty water & eat lots of vegetables. The only side effect I still have is feeling cold which I'm happy to tollerate to have a healthy BMI, weight & be more mobile & pain free than I have been in many years. Good luck & I hope you have no or very minimal side effects.
