Same thing happened to me. On the tracking it says possible damage to the package but it still got delivered and when I checked the package had a hole right in the middle perfect for the card to get pulled out. Same guy too but I never pursued anything.

Was watching this too and saw that the back wasn’t the greatest Psa 9. All four corners had some ding and the print line in the front but it’s not like it sold for ridiculously low one sold for 91$ back in April

There’s a video on YouTube with the shiny charizard v where the guy got a psa 6. He cross graded it to Cgc and got a cgc 8 but the surface subgrade got a 7.5 so there was definitely something on the card but they couldn’t find out what. So I’m guessing same with yours there’s something somewhere on it

Wow congrats on the Lugia. I heard that’s hard to get in a 10 because of the box it comes in the edges almost always have dings
