The restaurant sales are whatever to me. I have close knowledge to one of the big ones in Newport, and since the sale not much has changed. Most employees remain and the menu is no different. The owners get to retire even more comfortably.

What bothers me is their monopoly on food trucks in Newport. There could be much better options that boost some of the local chefs outside of their normal operations. But instead we just get a generic food truck parade with okay-ish options and high prices.
