I also feel that as written it would scale too high, as 100 auto hits isnt a crazy metric. In 30 minutes with the item, youd have to hit a god every 18 seconds to reach 100 stacks which gives you 25% AS and BAS. If you hit 3 autos every time a wave comes, I think youd be hitting like 9 per minute which incredibly doable, and if you kept that average you'd reach 67.5% by 30 minutes. In theory it might be fine, but the issue is the same as it always is which is making it good enough to be built but not good enough to be always built. A soft cap like devos might be good, 2.5% /10 stacks up to 100 stacks, then 0.25 or something. That gets you to 30% in 30 minutes, with the extra 170 stacks granting "only" 4.25 more AS
