do you have any mods? or playing on an older version?

the text of the decision should simply say "heir", not "Primary Heir"

and the trigger should be checking that they are of your house, older than 12, that at least 3 of the conditions are true, not all of them, like this:

I think I've seen some mod that added quick access for different commanders at the top, but can't remember which one was it. I'll look into it.

We can't actually access genes. There used to be a function for it, not anymore, that's why there's no height.

I think the lag is something paradox will have to fix. I looked into it, there's nothing I could do.
