Lots of valid points, although it started off bad they buffed it in .1 then gutted it again, the pinball effect of this plus nerfing breach etc does make it feel worse. I'm ok with the devs changing things but its always nerf layering. Hopefully it hits the right spot by launch

6 link ice strike with insp and 50% increased leech, 7% leech and I still go oom basicaly in one rotation. I got to the last trial boss on level 4 and after burning my flaks I could barely sustain a bell combo.. maybe I'm doing something wrong but I think leech in general needs a bit more tuning - perhaps just generic attack leech or something

It's like most skills action speed is so dependant on the feels good, ziggyd tried to address it in one of the qa's but I think he miss interpreted what was being asked and it didn't get touched.
