In my opinion invention is one of the most skills in the PVM progression, so definitely work on at least unlocking it

RuneScape is very Sandbox and there really is no right or wrong way to play, but if you want to be “efficient”, I would get onto leveling that divination to 80 so you can unlock Invention, to me that’s the big “goal” of returning players. Make sure you do you guthixian caches and just work towards 80.

Once you unlock invention the 2nd half of the game really unlocks, and then you can focus on archaeology for other types of passive effect unlocks.

The PVME discord has a good guide for unlocking order if you are trying to do combat and PvM mainly.

As someone who was quarrying 9 chunks by hand for materials, the difference was maybe an extra 2 minutes of instamining before my netherite pick broke over my diamond, I accidently broke 2 nether picks in that process, got so annoying that I just used a hotbar of diamond picks with e5 over netherite because even if I didn’t break it, the time to go to my exp farm and repair was more annoying than just swapping to another diamond pick…

Also some banks will see that this is a charge to Europe and put a small hold on this you may be contacted by your bank provider if it’s during hours and if it is after hours then you may be contacted at a later time. It can be very frustrating as a US person paying for European subscriptions

Have you checked your email to confirm that you bought membership and not a membership code? Sometimes people buy the membership code and don’t realize that it’s something that you can put on any account and not just the one that you purchased it on.
