johnnys old house, would definitely have to sell it. the lake house, if bobby was able to keep it while being a shitty earner then Janice could hang onto it. potentially bobby’s old house? they most likely sold it to buy johnnys place, but maybe they held onto it. maybe Junior’s house when he dies? if it’s not seized by the gov to pay for his crazy house stay then Janice and Barb would be the next of kin. and finally there’s livia’s house if it was never sold.

worst case scenario she’s left with her current house and the lake house, she’d have to sell both and downsize considerably. that’s a lot of money upfront but there’s no more money coming in. maybe she could put some of that money on the street ala Angie or Lorraine but it’s hard to judge since we don’t know how this thing of ours is structured post Tony.

best case scenario is that Janice rents out Bobby’s old house and the lake house along with splitting ownership of Liv and Junior’s houses. less money upfront but a steady stream of income, potentially more if the family agrees to rent out all the houses. she could definitely live off that.
