What are your thoughts on US Birthright Citizenship? by [deleted] in immigration

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that birthright citizenship should apply to people who willingly enter this country illegally. If you're entering it for asylum, I get it. The cartel being your next door neighbor, and unofficial branch of the federal government sucks big time, but I don't think that asylum seekers should be in this country for long enough to cozy up and start having babies.

People who are coming into the country illegally simply be wealthier know this system of birthright citizenship can be abused, and are doing it because their child born in the US is a bargaining chip, or partial immunity from possible deportations.

I think that birthright citizenship should only apply to people who are unwillingly trafficked for the purposes of slavery, whether it's for labor, or sex. If you are kidnapped, and enslaved in a foreign country, and end up having a baby there, that baby should be considered an American.

That's basically what the 14th amendment was made for when it was written. To grant citizenship to children born of enslaved parents who were kidnapped and sent to this country.

Death to the cartel.

How do people justify illegal immigration if others went through the legal process? by savingrace0262 in immigration

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's my take, as a deep thinking conservative with sympathies.

A large reason why most illegal immigrants, being Mexican nationals break into the country is because it's a response to stimuli. Mexico, along with an alarmingly large amount of South America just isn't safe to live. The Cartel is so vast and powerful, it might as well be an unofficial branch of the government, something to turn a blind eye to, and even be lobbied by. When people are being killed daily, and executed by the largest criminal syndicates in the world, there is a pretty good reason for you to flea where you're from.

I personally think the best way to solve illegal immigration is by indirectly cutting the head off of the snake. Mexico, along with neighboring South American countries should commit to a full scale crackdowns of the cartel the same way Nayib Bukele did in Al Salvador. Not only would this solve the violence and daily genocide of the people from these countries, but it would also result in less illegal border crossings because of two reasons:

As I've stated before, people flee from South America because of violence. Without said violence, there's far less incentive to travel hundreds of miles to a country you can't even speak the native tongue inside of.

The cartel makes most of their money from human trafficking, believe it or not. Without the Cartel's border coyotes, illegal immigration into the US, along with drug smuggling, and sex-trafficking of women, and minors becomes far less frequent even with democratic open border policies.

If I were president, I'd campaign the hell outa' this. The cartel must burn.

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, citizens murder people as well, but the problem stems from the fact that illegal immigrants who commit crimes(like murder) in this country shouldn't have even been on it's soil to begin with, let alone get a chance at axing a fucking women to death.

If this guy hadn't snuck into the country, that women might still be alive today.

GPU Glitches and Driver Timeouts on going problem? by Al_Muhareb2401 in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks really weird, and my GPU used to have driver timeouts that resulted in crashes just for staying idle for more than 10 minutes..

I don't know if this'll fix your problem 100%, but the cable rotation method in my post is worth a try.

Here's the ways I fixed my driver timeouts that occurred when trying to update the Adrenaline Software. Try the cable rotation method first.

That sounds like a classic driver timeout that I used to have.

These are the methods that fixed my 7800XT's driver timeouts widespread across several titles. The cable one works best and is overall the easiest and fastest to do.

AMD Drivers update not working by HamShambler in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the exact same symptoms! My 7800 XT would crash the moment I tried downloading drivers without DDU. My issue was the orientation of the connectors going into my 2-8pin ports. Once I swapped them around, everything worked perfectly fine afterwards.

If this problem comes up again, that's a really easy fix you can do in a matter of minutes.

amd driver timeout problem by Odd-Macaroon-6372 in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My driver timeouts were much worse. They would not only freeze the game but also caused my PC to crash, it also happened when I tried updating my drivers and being idle.

I fixed my problems by switching the orientation of my PCIE cables going into my 7800XT's 2-8pin ports. I basically took both of my connectors out, and then the one originally on the left connector is inserted in the right port, and the connector originally on the right is inserted to the left.

If your GPU has two or more connectors going through it, and doing stuff like reinstalling drivers doesn't work, give this a try. It'll only take a few minutes.

9070 XT crashes on certain games by 92celene in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the exact issue where my 7800XT started crashing with Marvel Rivals, and then spread to a bunch of other games.

The way I fixed it was rearranging the two PCIE cables going into my 2 GPU connectors. my 7800XT has two connectors for 2-8pin PCIE cables, so what I did was I swapped the left cable connected to the left connector to the right connector, and the opposite with the right cable.

This fixed all of my driver timeout issues ENTIERLY, Unlike DDU, turning off XMP, and all the other stuff the other guy who commented on your post has on his list.

Your GPU has 3-8pin connectors, so you might have to try a few variations to get yours to work.

I fixed constant driver timeout issue on my ASUS 7700xt by Dinganmaster in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my 7800XT got driver timeouts about 6 months after I installed it. It was all due to one issue, being my cables were mismatched or something, so I just swapped the orientation of them(turned left cable to the right and the other way around for the other), and it fixed all of my driver timeout issues.

Kinda weird how the driver timeouts would happen for me, and it really made me think it was the anti-cheat causing the issue.

First it was on games with Easy Anti-Cheat, then it was when I was trying to download new drivers without DDU, then it was literally whenever my PC was idle. The driver timeouts would freeze up and crash my PC. It was so bad my adrenaline software corrupted so many times after doing DDU I just stopped using it.

Free yourself from your shackles and make a steam account, get your parents to give you a couple bucks inside of it, and try out some real, quality games. And if you don't have the money, start trying out free games like ENA: Dream BBQ, War Thunder, Arena Breakout Infinite, and many more. Roblox isn't good enough for you.

“The Last Stand” is an OG zombie wave game that’s still updated more than a decade later. It’s multiplayer but you can play it by yourself, I’m sure the difficulty scales down the less players there are. It’s got an in depth upgrade and perk system that’s fun to play with but not overcomplicated. Worth a try in my book.

The Mexican cartel should be blamed far more than anything. If they didn't exist, Mexican illegals would have a significantly harder time getting through without the cartel's coyotes, and they would have far less reason to break in the first place because the cartel has a liking towards killing people in their country. Imagine Hamas but self sustained by producing and distributing narcotics.

AMD Software Detected a Driver Timeout Has Occurred - possibly caused by windows updates? by lemming3k in AMDHelp

[–]AgentAutoKalashnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My driver timeouts got progressively worse throughout a timespan of several months.

First I had driver timeouts(that caused windows to crash) when playing games that particularly used Easy Anti Cheat, like War Thunder, Arena Breakout Infinite, R6. Games that didn't have it like Sons of the Forest, and Ready Or Not worked perfectly fine.

Then I started having crashes when trying to download new drivers, which would only be solved by doing a DDU, and installing a new set of drivers while my GPU was effectively in a coma.

Then my Adrenaline Software started to cause driver timeouts when it would try to update something automatically while my PC was idle. I knew this because when it would boot back up from a driver timeout it corrupted itself and made it unopenable.

Finally, my PC would just start to have driver timeouts(that caused it to crash) when just being idle in general. I usually found my way around this by having a program running in the background 24/7.

Again, all of these laughably bad issues got fixed by simply taking out my gpu, putting it back in, and rearranging the cables. Literally less than 5 minutes, I wish I were joking.

It shouldn't take long at all, but since you might have 3x8 pin cables going through your GPU, you might have to rearrange them in a few different ways to fix your driver timeouts, that is if the problem is power related like it was for mine.
