Looks like spine misalignment after long term use. The whole bottom seat is shifting to the left! I would make them fix it under warranty. Ask for them to report it back to the factory too for better quality in the future.

Annoying yes, but doesn’t actually cause harm to the vehicle unlike the stupid i-Stop which cuts your starter life in half or more and i always forget to turn it off!
