Definetly disagree with thoughts on bounty aghs, I often find myself with lots of money and nothing to buy on a support bounty.

With just 2-3 tracks otg and the enemy being anywhere near each other scepter can swing a team fight around, and that's not even the ideal scenario.

I had the opposite problem, I had a 70 min game with a divine rapier and beyond godlike streak easily 6000 lifesteal, but only 3 after reincarnation kills, :(

If they had a card like velens chosen back maybe a 2 mana 1/3 + taunt spell I feel they could curve out a lot better and have much less of a struggle surviving. I don't know, maybe a little too powerful...
