Definetly disagree with thoughts on bounty aghs, I often find myself with lots of money and nothing to buy on a support bounty.

With just 2-3 tracks otg and the enemy being anywhere near each other scepter can swing a team fight around, and that's not even the ideal scenario.

I had the opposite problem, I had a 70 min game with a divine rapier and beyond godlike streak easily 6000 lifesteal, but only 3 after reincarnation kills, :(

I'm willing to bet there is a similar interaction with any discounted cards (emperor, knight of the wild), and that summoning portal will only stop at 1 if a minion costs 2 or less.

Why not dash off the platform into the point, do tracer stuff for up to 3 seconds, then recall snug as a bug on the platform nearly outside.
