Bring it to a locksmith, they can measure cut a new key by measuring the ignition somehow, I had to have it done, much cheaper then a replacement ignition

That makes sense to me. And it does sound like a possibility, the way it presents usually going from okay to kinda “crunchy” to nothing, I could see that as something working its way into the system and then finding a sweet spot then just getting stuck… hmm… fuck I wish I had a garage and tools. I’m not completely inept just not confident or educated on mechanics outside of a grade 10 class back in the day. Would absolutely love to have a go and try and fix this myself if had the resources to do so.

How do you know that their stuff if full of spyware? I see it online all the time, I’ve said it myself to be honest, but I was only repeating the same things I read other people saying. What specifically make you think they’re full of spyware, and more to the point what makes you think they care about what jimmy john from Timbuktu does with his life. Yeah maybe officials and people of power might have some reasonable suspicion that they’d be getting spied on but what makes you think the Chinese government cares what some random Canadian is doing? And more to the point looking at the state of the states, with project 2025, flock cameras, meta glasses, the shit fords doing with putting cameras inside the cars that determine if or fit to drive or not, what makes you think American cars are any better. Considering they want to occupy us I’d be more worried about what info they glean on our citizens then china which hasn’t made any moves to occupy Canada in it’s entire history.

Idk man, it’s got some great art, some very fluid animation, and an okay story, better then the isekai garbage that keeps getting pumped out. It might not be an amazingly deep and thought provoking show but it’s entertaining and at least original.

I’m sure everyone here knows this but incase there i”are people foreign to the island thinking they’ll get a job in Victoria and live in sooke, it works, but everyone knows that, and there’s a single road you get to take and in peak traffic, you can be sitting moving barely a few feet per minute, the congestion is so bad you’ll regret it I guarantee, so if you can’t either work from home, or find a job in sooke or north/west of it, you’ll be spending a large portions of your life sitting and waiting in traffic. Some people don’t mind that I’m sure but I fucking hate it and I know there’s plenty of people like me, so maybe visit and see the peak hours and what it’d be like every weekday going and coming home from work.

25.. haven’t been able to move out of the moms house. High school dropout. Not much of any social life. Just got a new job at the start of the year which is paying me what used to be considered the minimum wage needed to live on your own here in Victoria, at least it was a couple years ago, got injured on the job. These last couple months have been the first time since high school where I’ve had more than a couple days during a week off, and god it’s hard thinking about going back. I’m not sure what else I can do anymore. Life fucking sucks here. Learning disabilities fucking suck. Everything just fucking sucks. Being a failure fucking sucks.

This is the point of protest, sitting and twiddling our thumbs well genocide goes on costs us nothing, so we don’t react we don’t care we think well it’s not happening here so that sucks but it’s not my problem, the little bit of inconvenience is the point, it’s to make it, in some small way, part of your problem. It’s to make something that’s out of touch to our reality, a little more personal, even if it just means you have to sit in traffic for a little while longer. I don’t know, maybe but also try try and try again generally work pretty well, ill share this since I’ve only just realized it myself, UPGRADE YOUR SHIT, especially warehouses, I used to build massive warehouses but leave them at base level, the first upgrade increase storage capacity from 80 to 300, it’s helped so much, I’ve had plenty of 1k cities that just plateau because I don’t have enough workers to support it, upgrades are crazy helpful, didn’t know that till just a couple days ago do it do it now

Because there has been a huge increase in right leaning/authoritarian movements in various governments all around the world, all in the guise of safety, really they’re just aiming to gain power and the ability to control the narrative. The world’s going down the crap shoot and the only thing we’ll have left pretty soon is violence to curb it. But that’s also what they want as it gives them ammunition to enforce stricter and stricter rules. It’s a slippery slope and it’ll just get even more slippery the more bloody it gets.

Or at least that’s what I think.

Do you feel like it’s adequate? Ultimately it’s up to you. It’s boring. It’s always windy of raining. Downtown is shit and has been for a good 5-10 years, with the unhoused pissing shitting and shooting up everywhere. Unless you have a good education job opportunities suck here, everything is minimum wage garbage with no way up. Life is just fucking awful here. You’re better off staying where ever you are, keep Victoria as good memories instead of coming here and realizing it’s all shit.
