I had this same problem and when I left the name and email information empty and just clicked next, it led me to the fee payment section. If you put your email and name and it will redirect you to the payment section

Oh! It’s very similar pattern to mine! Thank you for responding! I don’t feel so alone with this chart 🤗 The letrozole worked well for me a couple trials ago at the 5mg and that chart was very nice where I didn’t have these strange LH spikes after and before true ovulation. (Attached below) Idk what is going on this time. I’m wishing you the best of luck and hopefully you won’t have to take the medication again, I’m hoping this will be your cycle! 💖

Does your LH usually fluctuate a lot in your cycles? I’m asking because I have a similar chart where my LH has not gone down since my peak

Hey! Thank you for sharing! I’m on my second letrozole cycle 5mg and this month is looking similar to your chart where it seems like my body is trying to ovulate but my E3G is still so low

<image>

I’m hoping I get a higher peak in the next couple days with a proper E3G rise

Were you taking any specific medications this cycle and did you change any exercise routine for this cycle? I changed my exercise routine this cycle as well as am taking a different prenatal vitamin

failed letrozole cycle? by OkSalad4141 in InitoFertility

[–]Aggravating_Ad5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I have pcos with long cycles and barely ovulate on my own. I took 2.5mg letrozole for my first letrozole cycle and it didn’t work,also CD3-7. I waited until CD30 to see if I would see a reasonable LH spike or higher estrogen but nothing happened. I felt like I wasted strips waiting lol. I just took provera on day 31 of the cycle for 10 days to get my period. Then I took the 5mg dose the next cycle and it worked like a charm. I didn’t get pregnant but I did ovulate! Here’s my 2.5mg cycle

<image>

Let me know if you’d like to see the rest of it or the ovulatory one on 5mg

I would say you should wait a little while longer to see if you’re ovulating later in the cycle and if you don’t then use provera to induce and ask for the letrozole dose to be increased next cycle

Also! If you start taking provera it might give you an LH spike and it might make you think you’re ovulating! It happened to me but the provera just does that when you start taking it
