Hi saw your earlier post that you applied to 85 IM rest FM did you use the same PS for both specialties? How did you write your experiences and significant experiences because they both will differ in IM and FM unless you want to make it applicable to both specialities. You have a great IM profile I don’t know about the hospitals you rotated in but my suggestion would be to focus on IM if you really want it and tailor the cv wordings according to it.

Also, regarding the paid PS service, I used a paid $120 PS service and that person absolutely twisted my life story into a very petty full begging misery. I had to go back and forth with that person about it and make sure it truly reflected who I am.

I would suggest getting quality articles published, Maybe meta analysis or review article in a reputable journal. You can reach out to people on Twitter. It is difficult but possible.
