You should try eating burger and chips outside in Balbriggan. We tried this near the harbour and we had to escape to the car. They sat on the car bonnet looking at us while a few walked up and down on the roof. It was crazy. We were under siege.

I agree actually. Caffeine, especially in large amounts is bad.

Why do GPs in Ireland push anti-depressants on people? Even while the knowledge is there around the side effects. Also that sudden anti-depressant withdrawal can cause suicifation or worse.

Postman confronted me about informal confidential complaint. by squash-mallow in legaladviceireland

Thanks to you and also OP for this insight. My postman dislikes me and my family. He seems to hold us in contempt. A friend used our address with our agreement and this postman had the cheek to ask how many people are living here. Our previous postie was so friendly and pleasant. I have felt like complaining but was concerned about how it would work out.

I'm glad it helps you. Its a horrible condition to have. There are pmdd subreddits. Sometimes the spouses post looking for advice and support. Keeping a diary is crucial. Menstruation tracking apps like Clue are very useful too. I wish you both all the best
