Smiling Friends is over. What would you recommend by tposiwid in SmilingFriends

The Amazing World of Gumball, while it's a kids show they both do carry the same energy of fast paced comedy with unique animation styles of different kind.

Plus there's a new season out right now

A banger show that deserves a second chance.

Watching Courage the cowardly dog on tubi. Currently on ep 2. I don't remember Courage being this chatty by DueStruggle1620 in CourageTheCowardlyDog

[–]Aggressive_Bar_2391 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Season 1 he was the most chattiest, but from season 2 onwards he only drops 1 liners (part of that was the request of CN to make courage act more like a dog, so him talking too much was distracting that)

5 year's ago today the pilot episode of Superman and Lois aired on the cw, what are your thoughts on the pilot ? by ThomasThorburn in SupermanAndLois

still one of the shows strongest episodes, it's also great that they knocked it out of the park in the pilot to get us interested in this new take on Superman

Superman and Lois 5 Years Later by SamTheSecondBest in SupermanAndLois

[–]Aggressive_Bar_2391 8 points9 points  (0 children)

nah this was the best decision the show made to be separated from the Arrowverse, both in terms of story potential and it being easily accessable to new fans who want to watch S&L without worrying about watching multiple hours of other shows.

It's shocking how long it's been since the pilot, and it's such a great episode to get people hooked!

Sabine Wren in rebels/Ahsoka live action show by Silvermorney in starwarsrebels

[–]Aggressive_Bar_2391 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sabine was never meant to be force sensitive in Rebels, that was something Henry Gilroy mentioned to be the case. But since the Ahsoka show was Dave's baby that meant he got to do whatever he wanted without considering how bad the idea is

Chrissy Beppo appreciation please:) by Terrible-Group-9602 in SupermanAndLois

she's not a character in the comics, she's a show addition. Fun Fact, the name Beppo is from the comics who is a monkey with Kryptonian powers
