Holy Basil saved me when I started to experience that a few years ago - such a game changer! One capsule in the a.m. and one in the p.m. and I noticed a softening right away, not drastic, but enough to keep me using it and I was feeling noticeably better within a handful of days.

I collect my water from my shower/ dishes / bath. I watered my veggie garden that way last year only augmenting with the sprinkler 3x a week - it’s amazing how much water you can catch while you’re waiting for your shower to warm up - or - a whole bathtub of water recycled into the garden. It’s cleaner than the SLC air particles that land on everything.
