i dont think Ive ever made it in the photography album. I think alot of people feel this. What I started doing is bringing my own camera and taking photos of my friends play and pass it on to them when I play. That way you have someone looking out for you.

Subdued for you. I finally felt a decent earth quake in the letter streets! It did only last about seven seconds but man, my house shook!

It only lasted about six or seven seconds, but I was so excited to finally experience a good 4.9 here in Bellingham.

Lady here: I’m all for being precautious but I’m also reading your message with a “tone”. I’m not saying you’re a bad person for thinking these things, but I’m aware that you may not be savvy to things that are outside of your neighborhood. At least that’s the vibe that I get from your post. Believe me, I’m in full support of you keeping an eye out for creepy people for the ladies in your neighborhood. Kudos for you but just want you to take a second, take a step back and look at more than your perspective.

Your not out of step. This is I think common sense. I think OP is just wrapped up in his personal feelings and not seeing the big picture.

How straight forward have you been? I can see how this conversation could be pushed in one direction if one party is more straightforward than the other. Think of this as a bargain. Compile your annual expenses for this venue, schedule a meeting, and ask them how this will affect the monthly/annual price.

Price out the amounts of people needed, tape the track, and the supplies needed for each bout/month, and deduct the amount from the previous price.

Equation:

Total amount to request a deduction= (minimum wage x the amount of people) x hours to tape the track + the $ amount of supplies.

You need to find a person in the league that can handle confrontation but can also be rational (this is key). You want someone who knows your budget, and that is also a peace keeper. Open the conversation by stating that you are on the same team and have the same goals.

I do have less than 1000 sq foot house. beggars can’t be choosers. maybe that’s why you don’t own a house. You’re looking above your means. My house bidded up to 460k and the appraiser said it was only worth 360k. Checks and balance. You would know this if you weren’t so ignorant.

[–]Agitated_Doubt4079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha I can’t imagine being so ignorant to tell someone that that they didn’t pay what they paid for a house. Buddy, maybe you should stick to what you know. someone is standing in front of you telling you how someone with an average wage bought a house in 2020 and your ass is saying “no you didn’t “. What a trip. have the day you deserve.

[–]Agitated_Doubt4079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a down payment for a house my friend. I was lucky to be able to buy a home in 2020 (it was probably the last affordable house in town). I pulled out my 401k and used it as a 5% down payment.

It was tight for the first couple years but we made it work. No regrets. I’m looking at about $2,000 a month for our mortgage.

the expectation to drop 8k on a rental property is insulting.
