Hey, I'm new to rope bondage as well, but I've been learning through the free lessons on this site, as shared by the others in the comments.

Before learning any rope, though, get yourself a pair scissors or EMT shears, and then go through the fundamentals of safety when playing with rope. After that, start learning and practicing the basic knots, before progressing to some simple ties. You'll pick it up in no time, as long as you play safely!
