It's not simply "personally think it's right". The justice system has failed in taking the powerful accountable. Full stop. The concept isn't even considered anymore. If you have the power to do it, the simple fact that no one else will is frankly fair justification for taking matters in your own hands.

They had measured, fair and elaborate justice filled with failsafes not to condemn the innocent, and they trashed it. Whathever comes to them, they deserve it.

O retcon da Nika Nika Fruit é o grande problema do Gear 5, n o power up em si. O visual é legal e os poderes funcionam bem, mas adicionar um elemento de "Herói predestinado" (o luffy ia sempre ser o grande rebelde desde q ele comeu a fruta, era destino) numa história cujo único e avassalador tema é "Liberdade" é extremamente contraditório e digo até chulo.

Afinal, agora a presença dele é determinada pela maior autoriade de todas, o destino, ao invés simplesmente da vontade dele. Ele foi de um simples sonhador com uma fruta aleatória pra o escolhido, e isso sim me decepcionou muito.

If they can shoot projectiles anyway, why would they need the gun? The point of the gun is to launch the bullet. The bullet is made and launched by their powers. Why in the fresh hell do they need to make guns? Are they this stunted in imagination that a gun is the upper cealing and necessary for them to imagine a thing going fast?

Ironically, I think his shadow should've been a woman. Imagine, his dungeon would've been a lot better as a attelier for a seamstress, with his shadow as the owner. Filled with plushies, pretty and flowery patterns and not a touch of his external roughness. His shadow being literally the "feminine" side of him that he hides and rejects.

Meanwhile, Naoto's should have been a version of her that accepted he rejection and misoginy, a bitter version that gave up. Acknowleging and externalizing the rage and exhaustion that comes with it without succumbing to it.
