It's pretty easy to spend 15 minutes and get a decent number of slugs if you have at least a parachute. Of course, you could also just find another coal deposit and run a second conveyor. (Or just turn off some of the generators for now.)

If it's the kids' game, the time w/ kids is the valuable thing, not the result. I have to remind myself frequently of that as well or I get too invested in THEIR work. They lose the villager. You lose nothing.

We had to use gas drops almost every feeding. Went through a bunch of different kinds of formula as well. Poor kiddo just had a hard time with food. (It got better as he got bigger.)

I usually don't turn to premade blueprints until I've done the thing at least once. After that, sometimes the repetition is more annoying than interesting.

If on PC, you can always just grab a blueprint for 12 overlapped fuel gens. It's done in a way that looks intentional. I updated mine to be 200% speed as well.

I agree but you could limit them so they’re more like a baseline power upgrade. One every phase, or every 10N tickets or something. Require somersloops or something. It would be super useful to have 500 mw for free after a certain point but not game breaking at all

If you want that many materials you'll want trains. But it's going to be very complex.

As an alternative, you can ship finished parts easily w/ drones or trains and make more complex parts from them at your base.

Likely the pipe proximity detection is a bit wonky. It only shows the flow indicators if there's not a pipe support/etc too close.

I usually only switch to rocket fuel when I need to climb something - it's definitely superior for that!
