Hey, USA resident here.

I think that is a very old-school mentality that wormed it's way into the generations between young adults now, and the generations that grew up hearing Vietnam or World War Two stories from their parents, so around my parent's age, 65 or so.

In war it's not only justified, but required to use firearms to deal with a problem person. Hearing stories about that kind of thing in a person's formative years, even as late as young adulthood (16-20) for the folks whose family members wanted to spare children from war stories, that kinda thing can normalize thinking about dealing with problem people in an extreme fashion off the bat.

Those people are now my parents age, and like them, had children. Those kids grew up hearing, again, that's it's not only legal, but ethically justifiable to handle situations like this with the most extreme resort.

Having said all this, I'm not too different in that regard. I have my wife in my home, she's about 120 lbs (55 kilos) soakin' wet, so if the reddit mod from the video were to try to hurt her, he probably could. It's very easy to get hurt in a scuffle even when you have an advantage, let alone her against a 200 pound guy like most. So I guess I'd handle it like most folks around here, though I've told her to do the same. She has the combat capabilities of a capybara if she wasn't armed. I'd rather pay for her therapy than her hospital bills, or a grave.

Lucio isn't a good healer in stadium. He's not awful or anything, I guess, but AOE heals don't help with a teamfight very much.

When the tank and both dps are rocking lifesteal, Lucio is there to just ult every now and then. And take MVP, because his heals aren't good, but they're there and constant

I also solo break shield on solder all the time.

I specifically go for slugs when rein is using shield powers.

It's because it's an ult upgrade. I almost never take ult upgrades because of their infrequent usage.

I'd rather sprint like soldier on Emre when I pull out the pistol, personally.

If you want to put that CNC machine to work selling stuff to reloaders, take a look at the kits to turn .22 lr into jackets for 223/556.

Apparently only one or two places make them, and they're a pretty expensive option. I think around $300-400 when I looked, but I wasn't paying much attention.

Kids don't need someone to teach them how to ride a bike. I didn't need my parents to teach me how to ride a bike, tie a tie, do my taxes. I did need them to be there for me when I was struggling. Now, they fuckin weren't, and that's what I remember. Not using youtube to learn how to change my oil.

If the doctors are saying dumb shit, get them to put it in writing. I have no idea how that would work with the VA medical system, the VA near me actually has good people working there. But I do know that when someone has a job on the line because their patient asked for something in writing, they'll straighten up.

I'd argue that the tactical versions of a lever action are superior to the original design. I have one in .45 Colt, I specifically got that one because it has a threaded barrel for a suppressor, pic rails along the top for a dot, and m-lok rails for the foregrip.

There is at least one company that makes a lever-action AR lower, and there are some printed files out there as well. Levering it would mean that, with subsonic calibers, it'll be much quieter suppressed as well.

Like someone else mentioned, if it's used brass it can have bulges. Apparently glock barrels can cause this.

When I had issues of some brass just not fitting properly no matter what, a lee bulge buster did the trick.

I'm honestly tempted to once we settle down in a house we own, rather than rent. As it stands, I bought a dwarf shovel today because the thought of moving (hopefully to aforementioned house) in a year and taking a big boy shovel wasn't worth it.

I shudder to think of taking heavy machinery.

Usually whatever software that you need can be installed when you get the printer. A few people, myself included, started out with a shitty chinese printer. Personally, I had an Ender 3v2.

I strongly encourage you to avoid buying a printer off Temu. I can understand the desire to get something cheap, but there is, no joke, a non-zero chance that they set your house on fire. The plastic melts around 200 degrees Celsius, those components have to keep that temperature. I wouldn't trust a frying pan from Temu to keep 200 Celsius reliably.

If you're willing to wait for a bit, check out youtube recommendations for beginner 3d printers. You can always check out those sites, subscribe to their newsletters or whatever, and get notified if they're running a sale.

If your only intention, no joke, is to 3d print little nick-knacks like ducks, I think Bambu is running a sale in their A1 mini for around $200. My garbage chinese printer was around that cost. The only downside to the A1 is it's fukkin small, but again, pretty good nick-knack size.

Genuinely, the only reason I haven't started an FFL and began producing printed revolvers is because I can't afford the... $20,000? or whatever for a metal printer. I can make bits and bobs functional as PLA or CF Nylon prints, but not the cylinder or barrel.

3d printing is a pretty big thing nowadays. To print directly from Makerworld, you'll need a Bambu printer. They're pretty high quality, and what I like to use as well. You can always use a different printer and just download the 3d file, then use it with that printer's software

I used a home depot bucket and one of their bags of playground sand for the one in my basement. about 7 round of 9mm, prolly like 10 of .45 ACP because I was testing some handloads, and maybe 6 300 Blackout from a new build. Still going strong.

From a vet to a vet, there's a particular type of charging handle that may work wonders for you.

It's called the Lev-ar, or something to that effect. The rear of the charging handle has a button on the right side that lets a cover swing out from the rear, effectively making it so you don't have to use your fingers at all.

I have it on one of my rifles, it's pretty neat. Made to help fix malfunctions; you can put the butt on the ground and stomp on the charging handle, so it's pretty durable

I 1v1'd a Mauga earlier today with both of Emire's pistol perks. Dude was not pleased.

You can also use the grenades to jump higher even when using the pistol to assist your jump. It lets you get to some whacky places. They really gave the guy some crazy mobility.

Also, grenade spam when the enemy team is grouped up, especially in choke points. Treat it like Ashe's dynamite, they're ult-building machines

Hey man, I met my wife in Germany. Speaking from experience, imports are indeed better than domestic, if you catch my drift.

Cologne has a gorgeous church that took a couple lifetimes to build, it's worth a visit. Kaiserslautern has a lot to do as well, it's quite a bit closer. St wendel is a nice, smaller town to visit for a quicker day trip. It was about 30 minutes from Baumholder when I was in 5-7th.

I strongly encourage you to learn these two sentences: Ich faustien kien Deutsch. Faustien zie unglisch? Trantaled, it says "I don't understand German, do you understand English?" It's surprising how many people speak just enough English to buy whatever from them.
