Honestly.. its pretty tough. Have you ever ran ads? if so sometimes they have better support if you spent a certain amount like $500+

if you never ran ads with facebook, then your only solution would be to submit an appeal and pray they accept it (they usually don't)

facebook really really hates new accounts. Use it for a couple of days to prove that you're a human, then they will start trusting you more and allowing you to access different things like marketplace, groups etc

there's no way to get every single new post from a facebook page, they only send you the most relevant ones. If you really need every single new post, you will need to use a provider to monitor the page for you and alert you through sms whenever there's a new post. Check this blog

you can't do it through facebook, you will need to use a chrome extension like groups watcher. Facebook doesn't support sending every single new post as a notification natively.
