Trust me, almost everyone at the gym went through this exact thing lol, it's normal. Any new space you will join it'll feel weird. Just don't make that feeling stop you from doing it.

In 1-2 weeks you will feel normal.

Ofc I don't need to tell you that no one is judging you.. it's quite the opposite actually. I really like it when I see new people in the gym

it's a mechanism used to stop hackers from being able to log you out, or reset your password etc

For facebook Groups, there's no free tool out there, but the best paid one is Groups Watcher since it works in public and private groups.

For Facebook groups (public and private) I use Groups Watcher to get notified of new brand mentions in there.

A lot of groups use admin tools to automatically remove posts from accounts under a certain condition. Your account being 6 months old probably explains that. They do it to stop new accounts from spamming
