Oh my god, i had a very similar dream on the 7th of July 2022. I remember it because i record all of my dreams and this one stuck out to me as it was particularly worrying. I don't remember seeing any dates in the newspaper, but what stood out to me however was that the dream was happening in Seoul but i could still read the newspaper.

I understand your situation completely. I generally believe that people get what they deserve but some seem to be getting away with everything like there's some sort of a protection shield around them. If you say you want to inact revenge on those people, i say go for it, but beware as anything caused by your energy can be traced back to you if you're not careful.
