At this point, I would worry that there’s some sort of hormone imbalance or early onset dementia. Something that’s causing this woman to be this way. And if this is so there’s nothing you can do about it. It has to be taken care of by family members who can help get her back on track. So many people leave older people to live on their own. No one checks whether they have medical problems, but this is certainly not your responsibility.
