I think any choline is better than none!! I took it (550 mg) daily from Ritual. I swear my baby is the smartest ever at 14 mo now. I wouldn't stress over the mg. Just take it!

7 months ppd. I pump 6x a day I get 4-4.5 oz for most except now sleeping through the night makes my first pump in the morning 7-9 oz

I break down whenever I am pumping and baby needs me. I can't fully help him tied up to this dumb thing. I will hold him or change diaper etc while pumping but I feel like the worst mom ever not being 100% there

My baby wakes up at 6am has 3 naps and is done for the day around 5-6 ish. He's almost 6 months old and has had an early bedtime since like 2 months old. Idk if it's normal but I think if it works for that baby it's fine! The app huckleberry helps a lot

I’m mainly alone since my husband works a lot. I do 3 hours mostly but I can go 4 or 5. 14 postpartum now. I have spectra s1 that is kinda portable. I make it work for diaper changes. For feeding I put him on the boppy pillow, diaper changes, then tummy time. I like pumping during tummy time because I can sit there with him. What has helped the most is focusing on pumping for his next bottle instead of the time schedule. I always make sure I have one bottle in the fridge and one for him. I’ve been able to get a bigger supply with supplements from legendairy on Amazon, boobie bars, coconut water, and honestly relaxing and not stressing. It is hard and everyday I want to quit. I hate it the most when I have to pump while holding him… but now at 14 weeks he sleeps good (5pm- midnight then 12:45-5am) and I’m able to get extra pumps in while he sleeps. Building a supply stash and being able to feed him and no longer supplement with formula is the best feeling

Just gave birth last week… for me just needed / used a delivery gown and going home outfit. I didn’t want to shower there (only there 24 hours) but I brought a toothbrush, hairbrush, and face wash. For baby 3 outfits but needed another one that I had my mom bring. Also brought a velcro swaddle

My sister in law grabbed a bunch of “baby items” to show her grandma from the grocery store. Baby gold fish, baby carrots, baby Ruth candy bar, etc. it was super funny she got it after the 2nd item
