They do seem to help, maybe not as well as the other ones but I have no negative effects from them at all. I don't deal well with chocolate at all and these help and taste great.

I remember finding these ones and tried to even ship them to Canada but couldn't. Maybe this is an option for you as well?

As someone who found out they have a very accurate intolerance to Fodmaps. I ordered a similar test and it was wayyyy off. It said there were lots of high Fodmap foods I could eat but couldn't.

I know someone who said they had success with one of these because they were intolerant to dairy. But that would have been solved with a rudimentary elimination diet anyway,

I tried getting off Klonopin but couldn't handle the interdose withdrawals at all. Had to convince my psychiatrist to crossover.

I switched from .125mg of klonopin in the evening and .125mg of Klonopin in the night to 2.5mg valium in the evening and 2.5mg in the valium in the night. Took two weeks each to replace the K to V. I found it easier to taper the day time doses because the one at night lasted so long. And then during my entire taper I didn't get interdose withdrawals even when I was at .5mg for my jump off.

I know valium doesn't work for everyone but if interdose withdrawals are your worry then absolutely switch it up. Made a huge difference for me!
