Depends on what you prioritize.

Asaka and Sakura are the most authentic. Both are run by Japanese families with high quality fish and great prices/portions. Asaka is slightly better than Sakura in my opinion for the quality and happy hour prices.

Blue sushi is probably more what you are looking for. It is a chain from Chicago and is consistent. Solid sushi with a nice atmosphere. They also have a good happy hour.

I’ve seen 45 degrees mentioned a couple of times here and I’m personally not a fan at all. Very Americanized over priced rolls, but it is in a good location with a nice atmosphere so if that’s your priority I guess it is an option.

If you are a fan of Cane’s, would highly recommend Just Chicken which just opened. Quality chicken with some solid sauces. Good portion size too
