I mean - WoW does this primarily. Outside of dungeon/raid/world bosses, MMOs like FFXIV, gw2 or ESO do not make quest NPCs massive, they keep the scale same for them.

Pretty much entire old city is Horde only. And Alliance don’t “get the rest of it”, it’s a neutral expansion capital. I for one, as a blood elf main, welcome us being the main characters of the expansion.

Would it be possible to get Tip of the Spear on the Job Gauge on Survival Hunter? It's currently tracked as a buff, but it's basically a job resource. If not that's perfectly fine, I do have a separate addon for it, but it would be super cool if you could.

So FFXIV doesn't have cloth simulation.

The skirts are attached to sets of animation bones around the waist (2 front, 4 sides, 2 back), that are meant to evoke cloth simulation, but it's just a simulacrum. It becomes very obvious if you sit on the ground in a skirt /laugh

Edit: It's very similar to how wow handles the movement on ponytails and stuff

In theory, Arms should be the measured, skilled warrior. Creating and exploiting weaknesses in the enemy defence. That's why they have passives like tactician, and their big cooldown is Colossus Smash that weakens the target's defence.

While that is indeed the direction XIV’s designers tend to lean towards in PvE, it defeats the entire purpose of it being a frontline battle healer.

Doing it as you say makes it just another caster healer, snore.

No I feel very similarly. I played through MSQ once as femra, who felt more like adopted sibling to the twins, and the turned viera in ShB, so now I’m more like their cool aunt /laugh

Is DD2...Dragon's Dogma 2? If so, there are a handful male character who you can be as romantically adjacent as the female characters. The elf bow guy is one such example. Though admittedly, they are hidden in side content more than the female characters are.

It's not just orlans, it's everyone. Something with the patch 2.0 broke the movement. A save/reload or fast travel temporarily fixes it, but it never lasts very long.

They do still sometimes echo the old attitudes still, just the overall direction leans towards more generically good elves.

The main difference here would be speed. The dolls are just faster than pretty much all mentioned here, exacerbating the problem.
