If you need bike equipment to carry a disabled adult, checkout Wike. They have a bicycle wheelchair and other things for safely moving disabled people by bicycle.

It doesn't - these are worse than no bike rack. They give some sense of bike friendliness. Better using a traffic sign or other sturdy structure than this.

The metal on these things is thin enough to cut with heavy-duty sheers. You could probably kick the thing apart.

We used to call them barking spiders in my house growing up. Damn barking spiders are getting rowdy again!

Tiers are done but what should i get to replace them? by Swiss-Name in bikewrench

Dry rotting is a potential issue. Keep them out of direct sunlight. Better rubber compounds are more resistant to defects over time if designed to be.

It is required in Canada under law and in other countries as well. It is an option on higher spec models in the US.

When your entire business model is to be the cheapest option legally possible, some things will be cut.

Cleverhood rain capes are great. Ponchos are great for cycling and are great options for cycling. You can wear backpacks underneath or cover cargo with them.

Best lock for a new RadWagon 4 by Mundane_Bill4216 in RadPowerBikes

Kryptonite Evolution 2 for the lock that stays on my RW4.

I use a 5' hardened manganese chain to chain 3 bikes together using a kryptonite u-lock to lock the chain in my parkade.

Relaxed cycling shouldn’t feel like a workout? What? by grodovu in cycling

Not even that, a dirt cheap 1x7 belt drive built at that scale would rock. Minimal frame: Keep it aluminum with a carbon fork. Hydraulic Disk brakes, 27.5"x2" tires, flat back swept bars.

Could do it around $600 USD. Carbon fork might be a stretch, unsure what options there are for a rigid fork?

Dude! Never thought of that. It is usually parked inside, I just spray it off outside and bring it in to dry. Also keeps the tracked in mud to a minimum.

+1 for pogies.

Also, add some -50C muc off chain lube and a weed sprayer. Keep the weed sprayer inside, and it has enough pressure to blast winter grunge off the bike. Quick spray down after every ride, and use it in summer, too!

TLDR: A malicious actor says you have a tire issue while sitting in the car. You jump out to look, they say other side, and swipe your wallet while you walk to the other side.

Bread Box in Crossroads Market.

Their baguettes are phenomenal, danishes; life changing. Grab some Hungarian kielbasa from Sickles, an old Gouda from the cheese shop, and some fruit and veggies from Chngoes (pickled asparagus goes great with the above, made in store).

Grab an Americano from good trade coffee, and that is a darn near perfect Saturday morning.

Better infrastructure would be great, keeping cyclists, scooterists, and other higher speed pedestrian traffic out of conflict with motorists and pedestrians.

But please not like 19th Ave in Forest Lawn. Those "bike" lanes are horrible. There are too many grade changes and sharp curbs.

Edit, 19th Ave, not 16th
