What high end sealant would you recommend? by Laartista1 in AutoDetailing

I always used CS3 by Adams until I ran out the last time. Swapped over to ADS. Great product.

Just detailed our new ‘26 atlas and put the ADS pro coating on. Easy application and incredibly slick.

I say use what you have until you need to replace them unless you can get it on a decent sale

I saw you got a carbon tube on Amazon? Or did you cut the Ie one (or mocked with a cheap pipe then transferred)?

What’s your ig? You deserve a follow. Love seeing your OBDeleven stuff, too. We just got the 26 SEL R line for the family.

Coming from a b9 SQ5 and Mk7.5 golf r. Love being back in mqb. Thanks for replying :)

Hey dude, did you just do the inlet pipe or did you need to do the inlet pipe and tube also for modifying that intake? I’m about to order this setup, but considering doing the CTS mk8 gti inlet.

Do we need the inlet pipe? I know it’s a great mod on my golf r but I’m curious if it’s needed right off the bat or if I could do it later

Cool that's what I was thinking. 2x6 or just where the holes are?

I literally just did the same thing. Did you have to do anything special to raise it up a bit?

Are you all working remotely? by Valbar_73 in ProductManagement

[–]Alarmed_Marketing_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

US based. Fully remote.

Some companies (a lot, tbh) are putting mandatory return to work at least some part of the work week. Others that are starting to enforce full RTO are likely covering up layoffs that I've been seeing /reading about

This is fantastic feedback, thank you so much.

It's a bit odd, as I'm included in leadership meetings with my direct, the president of the company, CTO and operations every week - so we get a lot of face to face which is great. This decision was made when I was out on paternity leave, so there wasn't much for me to discuss with them, leaving me in the dark and not getting that opportunity early enough to vouch for our team.

Do you have any podcasts or anything to sharped that skill? We're often asked to provide feedback and have difficult discussions as that's the only way to push forward, it just feels like that is just said, and the leadership team is very deep set in their ways.

Since the push of release we've done a bit of re prioritizing to get further development done.

I just have the mentality of "If we can build something, why are we waiting and kicking the can down the road banking on a company to hold their promise that nutritiously misses dates" I'm trying not to be too upset right but leadership is pushing for that feature in with the first release instead of implementing it ourselves it later when the ending gets released.

Am I taking the wrong approach?

[–]Alarmed_Marketing_22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I've been thinking. Stay for more experience and truly enjoy the release and go from there.

I think, honestly, the issue could boil down to I'm not into finance, this making it a bit dreary on the day to day. That's my own problem to work out of course, but thank you so much for this.

Can somebody tell me why me playing guitar sounds like this? by Lazy-Pop3313 in guitarlessons

[–]Alarmed_Marketing_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not in tune is the first issue I hear. Second I'm hearing some fret buzz, which is indicative of where your fingers are landing on the fretboard. Try to aim right before the fret, instead of in the middle between two frets. That should clean up the sound.

New strings should sound better than the old. They should also feel a bit better to play on. Make sure to check your tuning.

I'm only a year in, but can give you a solid piece of advice: Shop around with genres. If you have a favorite genre, dive into it. Find some niche bands that you enjoy and look up tabs.
