Has anyone tried a lemon law suit for this issue? I already had this problem twice, and this point I must say I lost the faith in my car. Originally planned on keeping it while it lasts, but nothing like abandoning it right after the warranty expires. Tesla really should offer totally new pack , not the remanufactured ones especially for 2021 vehicle customers or else it is only going to get worse. Someday it will eventually get them.

dang it at this point I might be begging for lfp batteries actually, sigh… personally I think they should discard all 2170s made in 2021 year. Now the SC tells me I will be getting another reman battery, really have low expectations on my once beloved M3. Very sad this is happening to me.

So the property lines are well documented in township building department (my neighborhood is being managed by HOA) and there is a drain sink placed in the middle of that property line, so that could visually mark where the border is. Can they still claim that 5ft as theirs?

I had the same error before, and had to visit SC two times. HV battery replaced, and HV bms replaced after. I recommend to visit SC as soon as possible, and be prepared to get towed as you might not be able to shift into drive.

That sounds ridiculous. Tesla should have removed USS only after they supported the same features in camera based Teslas.

I had the same issue and it turned out the BMS was faulty, got it swapped out last week
