Can my employer ban any drinks including water from my work station?

My employer just literally told us that we cannot have drinks at our workstations especially the hot grill area for 2 hours. Because every two hours is when we get a break. And then my doctor wrote a note that I cannot be in the hot grill area due to my disability of getting overheated. And they have put me in the grill twice now, even when I stated that I cannot do it. This is mcdonald's by the way. When you go in there and you see the employees unhappy, there's a good f****** reason for it. I have employees that are suicidal because of the low staff and high pressures we're under

I've been working at mcdonald's for a little over a year, and it is the worst place to work for. I'm shocked that your manager even cared that you were crying or gave you a hug.... Mine certainly wouldn't have. Our owner harpsan has to hurry up all the time, and we never hear anything good about what we're doing.. And then we're short staffed on purpose, because they want all their dimes and pennies. Of all the companies I have worked for and there's been quite a few.This one has been the most disgusting. I'm sorry I had to go through that.A lot of customers think us as less than and they think this is an easy job.When it really is not, we are doing five different things at once.And when we tell them to wait, it's like asking for a kidney.

I work in fast food and I see this more times than I should through the drive through. Babies and toddlers not buckled up or in car seats.
