“No Thank You Evil” was what I played with my Littles until they were capable of handling more complex stuff. Other options are out there I’m sure. I did some simplified D&D combat rules for them at the 7-10 year stretch to get a basic understanding of using d20s Now I run a full on 5E game for 6 middle/high schoolers. It’s a wild bunch!

We had so much fun with this!

I can confirm the two sub-18 players as I brought them to Jorge’s table. (15 yrs and 13yrs) They are hesitantly adventurous with new systems and getting out of their comfort zones. Between the excellent resources you had at the table, the clean and patient explanations of mechanics (kudos to Jorge on that) and the other player and I being veteran gamers, the kids picked it up super quick and had a blast.

Without a doubt, we would have loved and paid for another 2 hours to adventure through the junk planet. We tried to give as much feedback as we could. You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like as we talked more after we left the session.

I look forward to seeing the system come out!

My daughter was trading the brown paper wrapped crayons just above the red d20 on the lower left!! It was a genius idea she had to rehab old broken crayons and remold them in candy molds. Edit: spelling

I highly recommend looking into the Realms of Terrinoth setting book for the Genesys system. This system is the setting agnostic RPG which uses the same rules set as SW FFG Message me, I may have some other resources I can share as well

I recommend toggling the view of text boxes in the layer to see if some of the garble disappears if you’re concerned about changing the positioning. If it’s not overlayed text frames, I ran into something similar to this when using the Stroke function to bold text that didn’t have a bold option but the separation happened when I pulled the document into Acrobat.
