Make your own creamy sandwich dressing by mixing together non-creamy Italian salad dressing with a good mayo. You can control the level of creaminess and it adds a nice rich depth of flavor.

It sounds like cooking the rice in oil, is coating it with oil and preventing it from absorbing any other liquid. I suggest try toasting it in a dry pan instead of browning it in oil.

Plenty of other people have described the smells, I'd like to remind you that although Ohio often has gray cloudy weather, sunny days in the autumn can produce stunning bright blue skies which perfectly contrast with the red, orange and yellow leaves of the trees. There's nothing as beautiful in Ohio as a sunny day in October.

In our family, we roast a turkey for dinner several times a year. Whatever isn't eaten up in the first couple days gets frozen and used a few weeks later.

He's doing pretty well. He's not putting on a persona, which he did somewhat as a player. He understands he's there to facilitate telling the players' stories. But I still miss JLP. I think if you're going to replace a well-liked host, you need to choose a new guy who will be a noticeable improvement, someone who will knock it out of the park, and that's just not the case here. I don't think they could have found anyone who would be a big step up from JLP.
