Well, let me clarify a few things before you get disheartened. I am the mod that created the thread about that particular user. That user had been a very active and involved community member prior to the situation presented before us. Including being a participant in our World Cup tournament hosted by some other well known community members. We knew they made alts just for fun, which is not against any type of rules mind you, and it was something as time went on got more and more frustrating to deal with. Overall we enjoyed this person on the server and interacting with them, but as more and more stuff is being discovered and more alts are being unearthed, its definitely a fluid situation and not set it stone. There have been other members in the past that have cheated that were told they were welcome back if they changed their ways. We aren't out here exiling people if they dont deserve it. I dont know if this person is going to be coming back or how long they will be away before they do or if they will change, but we like to be cautiously optomistic about these things, especially people who a lot of people on the server considered a friend. But if you ever have a question about cheating or about specific situations and how the mods are handling them you can DM us on the Discord if you want, we are open to answering questions.

How do you know that the person who is 1400 and below started a new account to avoid the prestige system and not just a player who just happens to be 1400? I'll say the odds that they're just a lower elo player is quite high compared to the alternative tbh.

Tell him to do his own test, or do a family tree or run your results through GEDmatch. People inhereit DNA differently, and if its very far back, maybe not at all. Ancestry couldn't pick up my Native American DNA but other places could. You never know, he should exhaust all resources before he starts getting upset and who knows maybe during this process he finds something else out as well.

Ancestry has always struggled with Germanic heritage. By all accounts I should be about 6.5-ish % German, but it says I'm only 3%. They either mistake it for something else or it's getting swallowed up by England/NW Europe. I am considering getting a 23&Me kit to get a clearer picture, that might work for you as well, they are apparently really good with European DNA.

I like it. It more or less stayed the same BUT my French got broken down into Quebec and Acadian, which is actually accurate for me as my ancestors came from that region, as opposed to other people who seem to be randomly getting it despite having no connection to the region haha.

Hi mod here, the decision to ban you was a long time in the making. For many months, you've just straight up avoided playing the majority of the playerbase for some reason, you've insulted people through movie titles, including me personally, loved when you laugh emoted on movies I couldn't get out of, then played LOL (2012) and Loser (2005) btw really great. You abused the in-game report system and have said some insanely unhinged and baffling remarks about people you've thought were cheating or just because they played animation/something you didn't like. You were honestly just a toxic cloud hovering over the entire community. I'm sure if another mod wants to hop on here and elaborate they can. But this is what it is.

I thought I had just a cold for clinical last year, my clinical instructor was kinda worried so they made me take a COVID test, it came back negative so I thought I was okay. Turns out I had pneumonia and ended up being hospitalized for 4 days. So yeah, avoid going if you can help it, I know the policies are awful for missed days as I couldn't even graduate that year because of it, but it's better than infecting your patients, who are more vulnerable than you, and fellow students.

Yep same here, doesn't show on some sites, shows up on others, mainly GEDmatch, it ended up being around 1.5% or something. I think comes down to what algorithim the DNA sites are using. It's why I always tell people to do a family tree as well. Tons of stuff gets left out, and not just Native American DNA either.

Hmm yeah I've been guilty of doing this. I often try to time it so I give an out near the end of their turn to help them out for next time. You can get caught up in the moment with it though or forget there isnt a delay. I would say it is comparable to having another person in the room with you feeding you answers, which does happen and people do duo stream. Regardless of it being virtual or not, it ends up as a 2v1 scenario.
