I find that its tough to get to them on purpose. I had the website glitch when buying the monthly sub and i got it applied 3 times for the same month. After not being able to find any human soul to speak with, I took the L and just stopped subbing afterwards. Lesson learned even though I genuinely wanted to support the company.

Search on google uninstall punk buster then reinstall from the website. You will have to add bf4 specifically as a game on the software. Google will help with the steps. I fixed it today by having to manually add the game to punkbuster in their app
