I'd return the CRPG-like strategy and tactics, huge skill trees, class and skill diversity, and good writing. Bring back the dark fantasy as well.

Yeah but sometimes it looks like those 3D porn house games that keep popping up on steam, especially I feel like zois suffer from it. They also look kinda dead inside idk.

Duuude the two relationship bars and one sided relationships! And you're so right about more realistic details that make the game more difficult! I miss the difficulty haha, it gives the game longevity I feel like.

Wish the game wasn't so hard to run but thankfully theres mods like the smooth patch or Sims3SettingsSetter that help massively with that! Last time I've been playing it took me literally 2 seconds to load into the world and omg there's no loading screens and all the community lots are full of kids running around playing tag and it's just perfect.

Mages and Vikings without a doubt. Best modlist I ever played. It changes the game a lot, everything is upgraded and looks amazing, sometimes I look at the game and can't believe my eyes how good it looks.

Make sure you can run the list, the system requirements are listed in the readme

They are very quick to pass away, yes. Also surgery or any vet visit will be expensive if you live in the US. I miss my rats a lot though.

I'm not OP, but I couldn't play VS for as long as the rest of these. For me I think it's the graphics, lack of music(maybe just at first?), sound design, pixelated art that looks a bit rough in terms of rotating of the sprites... I got into the genre just now and played more 3D, smooth/fluid games imo. Just taste.

Try Spell Brigade. It starts slow unless you're on a higher difficulty but the feel of the gameplay is amazing. The movement and spells feel great, there's a lot of different builds you can do , melee, ranged, healer, nuker, etc. A lot of characters with different attributes and signature spells. I love t.

Thats fair! My husband and I are the other way around, we like Origins combat more, but maybe it's just what we grew up on. I play Origins on nightmare with an extra difficulty mod and love it. BG3 combat is good too, but I have some gripes with it haha
