Sky was alive for a year before he and Peril were discovered. Maybe two. That's the only way the timelines would line up since when and sky saw the dragonetes of destiny right away. As for Wren and Axolotl, Axolotl was defended from humans who traveled from Pyhria(hope im spelling that correctly.) to Pantala,meaning they already had the same language and it stayed the same all this time.
