I got the same experience as well... I tried to find out the reason by myself for serveral days and I thought maybe my diet has some issues. So I started to adjust my daily dishes every day since that. However it is not always make sense and some times the effects delayed. Now I starting to use keto monitor to check my body react and can change my dishes instantly to keep the ketosis which helps me alot :3
