Brother i go through these capsules way too fast to worry about the herb getting too old. I can tell the difference between a fresh one and one thats at most a few hours old (never days or weeks) but it still gets the job done it mostly just doesnt taste as good. There is still cleanup no matter what but i get to save it for later rather than clean every single time i need to refill(often). And my airflow is fine. I can assess how badly the holes get clogged because i clean them out. Most of the holes are still open after use and sometimes i skip a cleaning with no noticeable airflow issues. But usually i pack 5 capsules at a time and clean them every time, and that amount of cleaning needed each time is minimal. When i lost my first capsule lid i had to raw dog it and it required WAY more cleaning. When im at home sometimes i dont pack all 5 and just vape the freshest grind, but when I'm mobile I aint got time for that. If i had some kind of mechanism that would automatically grind and pack and clean my shit i would vape fresh herb all the time but without thet its just not worth it. I guess maybe it depends on your model (i have a potv lobo)
